SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND VULNERABLE ADULTS POLICY

Our policy applies to all staff and learners of Upper Cut Hair Salon’s Ltd and its partner salons, who may be working with: –

To fulfil its responsibilities under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 Upper Cut Hair Salons and Upper Cut Training aim to adopt the highest possible standards and to take all reasonable steps in relation to the safety and welfare of children and vulnerable adults. Upper Cut has a zero tolerance towards abuse and other harmful behaviours.

Upper Cut aims to ensure that it maintains the highest possible standards to meet its social, moral and legal responsibilities to protect and safeguard the welfare of children and vulnerable adults with whom it works, and that of its partner salons.
