Health and Safety

Our policy demonstrates our commitment to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our employees and through consultation to provide such information, training and supervision, as they need for this purpose.

We also accept our responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities, in particular learners that we are training for ourselves and our partner salons. We embrace the Safe Learner Concept and are committed to providing a Healthy, Safe and Supportive Environment for all learners.

The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements that we make to enable us to implement the policy are set out in the following pages.

The policy is up dated as the business changes in nature and size and in particular, each time a new product or piece of equipment is introduced into the business. To ensure the effectiveness of this policy and the way in which it operates, it will be reviewed each year in line with our quality assurance cycle where any relevant amendments will be made as appropriate.
