to Reflections Training

In relation to the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) contract minimum value review Upper Cut Hair Salons Ltd became a subcontractor to Reflections Training, lead provider by consultation on request. Funds are paid directly to Reflections Training by the SFA, and in turn, allocated funds are paid to Upper Cut Hair Salons Ltd; this is excluding a management fee payable to Reflections Training to provide an annually agreed schedule of support to Upper Cut Hair Salons Ltd.

Upper Cut Salons Ltd are audited by Reflections Training to ensure public funds are protected and used effectively, supporting partners to develop their learning provision and to extend their business.
